What Loyalú is
Loyalú is a multi-tenant loyalty platform. Independent stores and other organizations (“Organizations”) run stamp cards, offers, and prizes. End users (“Clients”) keep membership cards on their devices. The public marketing site helps people learn about the product and discover businesses on the map.
Who is responsible for what
Loyalú operates the software platform. Each Organization decides how it enrolls customers, what contact details it collects in store, and how it runs its program. We do not control an Organization’s own privacy practices outside the Service.
Public marketing site
- Technical data — browser type, approximate region from network headers, and pages viewed, used to keep the site reliable.
- Map usage — the businesses map loads map tiles and public branch locations (name, address, coordinates). No customer login is required on this site.
- We do not sell browsing data from this site, and we do not open a customer wallet from the marketing pages alone.
